Professional Educator Discussion and Reflection
Introduction Over the last week, we were tasked with peer reviewing our week one assignment with a fellow student from the course. This paper will cover the experience of the peer review, as well as both my partner and my thoughts on creating a classroom environment that is welcoming and nurturing. Additionally, I will be elaborating on my own personal biases, and how I will handle them in the classroom as well as among my colleagues. Lastly, I will present my goals as a professional learner throughout this program. Interview Summarization My partner for this week’s assignment was Maria Gibson. She and I had our discussion through email and right from the beginning, I found it interesting that we both had two philosophies have equal results from the survey.
